As long as you're putting in the work.

I like lifting heavy, therefore I´m now using machines a lot more in the gym (to protect my joints, which have always been smaller/smallish, but this does frick up other areas- especially the shoulder for me).

In my day, my bench was 335, squat was probably 380, and deadlift, I´m thinking slightly over 350. All I remember with exactitude is bench.

I´m pretty disciplined, try to vary or mix it up, and am quite pleased with my physical being. Mental, well, that´s another issue, isn´t it?

The mental part is not only hell, for me, it's more important than lifting the weight.
When I get on stage, if I'm not mentally right, it shows and I can never win
