My main problem with it. As the OP's OP alluded to, I've definitely seen it produce some fantastic results for people--but that doesn't mean that it's the only way to get results.

Fact is, getting and staying in shape is not some big mystery. Anyone can download a simple workout plan and fairly reasonable diet and see significant gains in the 4-6 week timeframe--for free. It's a matter of discipline and motivation.

This is true. Do your homework and you'll see its really simple. Not easy. But simple.

The movements are dumb, but everyone is telling me how CF didn't invent them.
