I wouldn't re-boil them. Most likely this will overcook them. Best way is to heat lightly seasoned (they already have seasoning on them so you have to be careful) water up to a low simmer and cut the fire. Let it sit for a few minutes and throw crawfish in and let them soak for a few minutes to get some juice back in them.
Crawfish can overcook really easily when re-heating them.

I think I said this earlier, but the OP wants to boil them some more. I prefer cold crawfish sometimes. you can really suck the heads without the seasoning going up in your nose/sinuses.
