If you are talking wee tee, which is what we call 4yo tee ball. Don't sweat it, make sure everyone gets their uniform.
I assume you will go to the park 1 time on Saturdays, just practice one other time. They are 4.
Set up a group announcement feature, don't call everyone individually.
Practice the basics, where the bases are, how to hold a bat, where to stand in the box. Grounders, and hitting to start for drills. Toward the end you may have a few that understand how to use a glove on an airborne ball...you can work with them on that towards the end of the year.
ID a kids problems(throwing, catching, listening) and mention it to the parents to work on at home, if anyone gets pissy, offer them the clipboard.
It was a waste of time for me at that age, but good luck to you.
