Seriously, speak to the parents with authority. You tell them how it's going to go. You will never please them, and you'll keep your sanity if you are the "decider".
Also. use a text or email group for all parent communications. Let them know you would prefer to communicate that way.
How you run drills will depend on how many kids you have. Just make sure everyone gets plenty of opportunity to hit the ball - that's what they really want to do.
