I've heard that the teflon coating they use will flake off with use. . . they have a large thread about them on the hull truth that may give you some more insight.

I've used Dexters and they work great for half the cost; assuming these will be used on fish, get a 7-8" filet knife for the specks and a Tiger edge for the tougher fish.

I usually just use a filet knife for stuff I catch at house. basically quick cleaning for bass that swallowed hook or a few sacalait now and then. I hate breaking out electric knife for just a few fish for lunch.
