My cousin's car has done this once or twice a year every year since New. Same car.
After an oil change when he backs off the ramp to check the oil on a level surface, when he goes to restart it merely cranks without ever firing.
Never been able to trace down the issue.
Given that for him it always occurs after an oil change... I wonder if the engine has some little failsafe to kill spark if the oil pressure is low?
