If you actually care about the issue then you will do your part and look up the details for yourselves regardless is there is a link posted.

You aren't doing your part if you can't provide info on a damn message board.

And La is full of people that will gladly weigh 300 pounds, suck the government tit in every form of welfare, and do anything to avoid following the law. BUT, they damn sure will believe their preacherman when he says that the weed is from the devil and can't be legal.

Call or write your legislator all you want, but know that the Sheriff's Association and the DAs Association will be against this and this bill will be lucky to get out of committee.

It will receive less than 30 votes if it ever makes it to the House floor.

This can only last for so long.

The pot industry and lobbyists will be big, powerful and rich enough one day to buy legalization in a state like Louisiana. That will happen when enough states that aren't as socially conservative as the south has legalized it.

You do realize that the idiots smoking weed in Colorado are hipsters and the like right? You also do realize that the idiots smoking weed in Louisiana will have an even harder time holding their pants up, right? There is a huge difference.

Doesn't matter. Everyone should have a choice regardless of how they dress.

Do you think for a second that "them" people are being stopped in any way from smoking weed?
Legalize, regulate, and tax it. Quit being a pee brain.

You want to lock up innocent people for consuming a drug in weed that's way less harmful and not even as dangerous as alcohol.

You're a TPOS.

Slightly more?
Jails are expensive.
Weed smokers aren't violent people.

Nevermind. Not worth the time to debate this

No. The debate is worth it. Weed being illegal needs to end and for that to happen, we need to make the people who support the status quo look stupid and every bit the big gov't statist they are.

It's the devil's harvest. Haha

Before its legal or not..it definitely needs to be taken out of the same category as heroin. That's just ridiculous.

I wouldn't care if the recreational age was 25.
