Ummm.... I hate to say it, but if Hornsby had just his average game yesterday, we win easily. He might have a fantastic work ethic towards practice, but whatever his approach was going into last night's game, it didn't work.

edit- I'll go further here. Mickey played very hard, and put up great numbers on both ends. Martin went off and had a great game. Quarterman absolutely dominated stretches of the game, and put up some very nice stats. Patterson hit some big 3's, and Gray provided a great spark and set the tempo in spurts.

There's one player missing.

If your going to blame a specific player which i never condone doing. How in the blind bat shite are you going to blame Hornsby? Hornsby didnt go tarzan and just throw the ball up at the hoop. Horsnby didnt miss 5 free throws in a row. Horsnby didnt miss the point blank lay up to seal the win or practically seal the win when the shot clock was off. Mickey collapse+ Quarterman missed free throws was the game killer despite missing our last ten shots we could still have won the game via my equation. Horsnby had nothing to do with it.

I saw Hornsby diving for balls and putting in effort, and he made big shots as well to give us such a big lead. As soon as gray was in, the lead kept dwindling.
