Insecticide/Pesticide for Citrus Trees

I've noticed my Satsuma tree looks a little rough. It's not terrible yet, but it doesn't look great. What is a good insecticide/fungicide to use to manage the tree? Also, would that same insecticide be good on my fig tree? Both trees are young. My fig tree is 2 years old and about 3' tall. My Satsuma was planted September last year and is about 4' tall.

post a pic of what it looks like because it could be different issues. You will get good help here (I did last year).
