Malone is terrible, but god damn we don't have a single big on the bench that can give us quality minutes? If the answer is no, then where does that blame fall? JJ has been here 3 years and we only have 2 competent bigs?
There's either a development problem or a recruiting problem, either way, it's a problem.

Are you even reading what you write before you post? 3 years? That's a very short amount of time to build a team, especially in college basketball, when players leave early all the time. Give the guy at least five years before you lynch him.
Oh, and by the way... He lead the team to their first Tourney since, what? 2008? I'd say things are improving.
