Plenty of river rafting opportunities throughout Colorado you will have to decide which one you want to go to the most.
Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs has a descent by bike from the top of the mountain down.
There is ATV tours, jeep tours, fishing trips, some of the mountains have Alpine slides.
Downtown Denver is where you will find good food, bars, and pubs.
Coors tour in Golden.
There are also train excursions in a few spots you can get on. Trains
Estes Park (Rocky Mountain National Park)
Casinos in Blackhawk, CO
