We almost went to Coors a few months ago, just did't have time.
I'm not sure if I like Denver more in the summer than the winter. Coming from Louisiana, I think I enjoyed the snow and the scenery more during winter. If I had to live there, I'd prefer the summer over the winter.

if your group is at all tolerant of baseball, I would recommend a rockies game...watching a game in that dry climate and thin air with the rocky mountains towering over the outfield fence is something that you won't soon forget...
and frankly, it is a way to spend an enjoyable afternoon without spending a ton of cash...
another thing that I would recommend is seeing a concert at red rocks...that is the place where they filmed the Bloody Sunday video for U2...very cool place...
