I'd estimate we put in about 4-500 man/woman hours from thurs - Sunday. From construction, hauling, cooking, serving, cleaning & tear down.
All of it volunteer - my retired parents did service non stop both nights. Plus all the wives & 6 very close friends/coworkers.

We served 3 dishes for about 3 hours Friday nite. Not easy. The hardest part is getting the volunteers. We get 10 wristbands for the team, then bought 10 more.

Do you think there would be any way to distribute more wristbands to the teams with larger plots to lessen the burden of having to buy them for our volunteers?

I guess the OT board doesn't venture over here much, I thought everyone rolled Boss Hog?

Great event as always, food was great, and the crowd was impressive, you won't see that kinda talent down at Brocadia and Lucy's on a Friday night.
