He's done for the season. Just throw the game tonight, rest everyone that matters. Get healthy for the final 15 or whatever games.

ETA: Nevermind, just out "indefinitely." But he's being removed from "basketball operations." Doesn't sound anywhere close to coming back, though.

This is indeed a "Shut Down" press conference. If the Pels still cannot make it to the playoffs with KD, Serge, and Kanter out the rest of the stretch MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR'E SOUL

Our injury situation is pretty dire as well. We'll have a good shot at making it if AD and Reke return for the Clippers game and Ryno comes back for the home game against Houston.

From what I've heard from the Jazz when we traded for him was that he was a little "soft." Both defensively and prolonged healing time for injuries etc.

Our finishing 5 last night was Cole, Reke, Gordon, Cunningham, Ajinca. Tyreke could barely move.

OKC may as well just let Westbrook sit the rest of the season to keep him healthy for next year. Am I right?!

Sam Presti says Durant is being removed from basketball activities.

Presti says "he's not going to be playing right now."

Presti: "I would say out indefinitely."

Yeah and the Thunder wouldn't even be in an 8th seed race if didn't start 4-12 with Sebastian Telfair, Perry Jones, and Lance Thomas starting the majority of the games. Seriously who gives a shite. Stop making excuses for yourselves. This team won fricking 4 games straight with the same guys you listed on the court last night.

Sam Presti actually did. I was eating cornflakes and after his press conference announcing KD's shutdown he came out of the television screen and pissed all over them

With Durant news I think the Pelicans should consider resting Davis, Asik, and Tyreke the rest of the road trip. Be healthy by Wednesday.

What says the PT? Give our best shot in 2 games that would be challenging at full strength or take time to regroup and hope to have a strong final push.

Rest them tonight and play everyone that can against the Clippers.

This. Fisher is acting like Durant was part of the picture already. He's not, and we are having trouble keeping pace.

Yea, I mean it helps that he won't come back but they've been doing pretty good with out him.

If Kanter is out a while that would be huge but we still don't really know anything about Asik either. If he is out for a prolonged amount of time that will be a killer.
