You have me curious of gearing, hp, and aerodynamic mods. That's a bit fast for a mustang...

Really?

Because none of this rings a bell.

I could see the gas gauge going down while he was driving it. Will get the specs for ya when my roommate gets home. It's a thing of beauty.

Yeah, mine gets that "floating" effect around 130 (which is why I stopped at 138 )

That's a scary feeling. Sounds like you need a splitter.

<poof>

^^^ It was primered with the edges painted right before he had the whole thing done. All other pics on an old HD.

All the serial #s line up, FWIW.

It's got slicks on it right now.

No aerodynamic mods.

I don't drive it that fast any longer and new-house expenses soaks up any funds that would go toward upgrades. Maybe about once a year I get it up near 100 when going along certain back-roads in North La. These days what I need is a good ZTR mower

Was a road when I was younger that had no houses are anything, at the time, except for at the very end of the road. Speed limit was 25. Was right by the high school and a lot of people would go and race on that road. 105 in a 25. So that would be 80 mph over the speed limit. It's crazy to think about when you see how much over the speed limit people would go, but even to this day it's hard to go on that road and not do at least 50-60.

It's amazing how fast the curve in the road with the truck in the right hand lane jumps up on you when you are going 140. It looked far off when he hit the accelerator.

I know of those places but haven't actually been to them before. I guess that's good?
