Check those privileges. I'm sure those stats are based on convictions and everyone knows that blacks are more likely to be convicted than whites. Based on that you could probably double the numbers of crimes committed by whites. Also, blacks are often times likely to have less quality legal representation and likely a large number of blacks convicted were actually innocent.

That's not an also. That's a because that you tried to make sound like 2 separate points.
