Decent neighborhood in Prairieville?

Looking for a potential neighborhood with 400K houses and up. Not seeing much except right off the interstate? I see a bunch of 200k hoods. Any other upper class neighborhoods that don't border I10.
I like the idea of a neighborhood vs some random house on a street so I am not living next to a trailer in 5 years.

I think there are some nice hoods off Bluff Road. I'm not certain that's Prairieville. Might be. There are some decent homes on Perkins from the parish line and onto the intersection with Airline.
There may be more decent ones on LA 42.

Why the hell would you want to live in prarieville if you want that? Prarieville has two types of neighborhoods, new subdivisions where all the houses look alike, the roads dead end in the back, with one single entrance/exit onto a traffic clusterf&@k hwy, or random houses along a clusterf$&k hwy or some family's personal dead end road where you can have a $300,000 home next to a meth lab.
There are no "complete neighborhoods" in prarieville. You're not going to be able to walk to grocery stores or bars or have anything next door to you but a house that looks identical to yours.

If you're flexible on vicinity, Geismar has some nice ones. My neighborhood has a few houses for sale in that range. I can get to P'ville, Gonzales and the interstate all within 5 minutes regardless of traffic.

And you're asking people what's out there in Prarieville.

Use Zillow! Build your own shite.
As for legit subdivisions with 400k+ not against 10. Most of the neighborhoods don't push that high. Bienville CT maybe on the edge of Bayou Manchac and Plantaion Blvd. Seven Oaks.
Few houses down Broussard, John Broussard, Oakland, etc. You won't find enclaves of 45+ houses for that much $$.
Longlake drive.

you obviously haven't looked very hard, take interstate to highland, take a right onto old perkins, then take a right at the light onto bluff and go down the road for a bit, basically all the neighborhoods you will pass on both streets fit your description.

Stay as far away from hwy 42 as possible.
I recommend Dutchtown/Geismar. I've lived here for 10 years.
My favorite subdivision is Parks At Dutchtown and Oak Alley.
Schools are excellent for both neighborhoods.

Oaks on the bluff
Lasalle pointe
maNchac plantation
Santa Maria although that's BR
Maplewood
They are building a new one near where maple wood is. Don't know price point but I envision it's around 400k.
