He is very hopeful he will win his petition to the NCAA to start playing at beginning of next season.
Victor is one of the biggest parts of next year's team. Will likely be the starting center and has brought a ton of aggressiveness to practices.
He was a 5 star recruit out of high school that got buried behind some really impressive PF's at Arizona. Still, he should be a huge help.
