Burt Reynolds was an A lister in the 70s and could headline big budget movies. Is he an A lister now? Same goes for Travolta, Willis, Deniro, and a few others on that list.

Travolta took a few years off but has a ton of new stuff coming out. Deniro was in American Hustle and has a bunch of movies coming out. Willis was recently in the last Expendables, GI JOE 2 and a few other movies that made 100+ million. I am not saying they are still good actors but in the right movie all 3 can put butts in the seats and make 100+ million dollar movies....which IMO makes them A listers.

you dont lose A list status until you die or retire. Once you are there, you are there. Because you will always be respected & seen as an A lister by one generation.

What was his last big hit? I can't even remember.

Deniro was in American Hustle

He had a two minute cameo. He was certainly not the star. I didn't know he was in the movie until I saw it because it wasn't advertised.

He was not in Expendables 3 and only had a small part in the first two. He mostly does straight to dvd movies now. He's about on Nic Cage's level as far as star power goes.
