It was such a great evening.
And for anyone talking about it not being enough food, I'm not sure if a buffet would not be a better option for you.
Our eating time was spread out well over 3 hours and we were almost too full for the desserts. I'm not a huge wine person, but doing a meal with a wine pairing really opens your mind to what a good pairing can do for you. It started with the champagne and went with the port style with dessert.
Amazing doesn't even beging to describe this whole experience.
The chef devoted almost all of his time to preparing our food. We had our own dedicated server who was there for anything we needed the whole time.

I fasted for the entire day and still left the place hurting from being so full. We definitely didn't finish the dessert bomb and I'm pretty sure we didn't finish the cheese course as well. Our waiter said almost nobody finishes dessert.
