I'm in Tampa and our water is not that cold; we're in the low to mid 70s but your point is valid.
I know I'm going to have to just "find" the places on this particular lake where the bass bite better but was curious if one side is historically better than another side....all things being equal.

Then the spawn is over. When I'm fishing a new lake, I go to the wind blown side of the lake first. Also I look for cleaner water (if your lake has a lot of grass and lillies then finding clear water shouldn't be a problem)
