They are very young in the front court with no dominant players.

Primary rotation is two guys who are 6'8 and two guys who are 6'9. They do have a guy who is 6'9 300 pounds.

NCST is a very guard oriented team. Lacey, Turner and Barber do most of the scoring. Those 3 alone account for about 60% of the points for NCST. They don't have a big who plays more than 20 minutes a game.

I mean, maybe no one averages that, but there will definitely be someone who plays 20+ minutes. If anya plays well he will be 20-30. Its also dependent on foul trouble. It just depends game to game.

I wouldn't be shocked to see NC St. zone LSU. The Tigers have the clear advantage in the frontcourt. Hopefully Mickey wakes up and Martin continues to play with fire.

They have the advantage on the perimeter, but I've thought all season that LSU's guards are a bit underrated. LSU has been in a lot of close games this year and it's generally been the guards, not M&M, who have made big shots. Should be some fun matchups

Lacey v. Quarterman - Lacy is a Sr. with a thick build, but he is 3" shorter than TQ. Can Quarterman's length affect him?

Turner v. Hornsby - two guys who can score but in different styles. Turner is very smooth, almost lethargic at time. Hornsby is anything but smooth (see his jumper) but no one out-works him. Plus, as a white dude he doesn't get the respect he deserves for being such an explosive athlete. Turner has a 1" height advantage. Both are veteran players

Barber v Patterson - Barber was rolling late in the year and comes in probably as State's hottest player. He will be tough. Patterson has flown under the radar to become a big-time player for LSU. It seems like every shot he hits is in a big spot. Barber is a little bigger and probably more athletic than Patterson, but nothing has seemed to overwhelm Patterson this year. I don't expect that to change in the tournament
