Your company does not GAF about your disconnect…find a different approach. I am sure you're in the show up and throw up mode.

Well the best way I have found to approach this is you just have to actually make yourself step away from technology.
You owe it to your family, to make a couple of hours a day, technology free.
Actually turn off your phone and spend time with the people that matter.
No matter how much BS you try to sell me on, the truth is that from 6-8pm, no one is calling you for business.
Spend that time with your family or enjoy some you time
