I get a weird form of sleep paralysis multiple times a night/early morning

I don't know what the hell this is, but at least two or three times each night I will "wake up" and realize I cannot open my eyes or move my head, but can move my legs, arms, and make noises. In this state, I can literally feel my head vibrating and spinning so fast and intensely that I feel like my head is going to explode.
I am aware of what sleep paralysis is, but this seems like something different. It happened to me multiple times this early morning when I was still drifting in and out of sleep.
ETA: the spinning and vibrating is purely a sensation. Like in the mind, not the actual head

Try to focus on something you want to dream about.. drop back into sleep... and control that shite.
Could be awesome.

I get sleep paralysis a few times a year. HAve for as long as I can remember. This doesn't sound like it.
Just hope that you never get "the visitor". Most terrifying thing Ive ever experienced. Will ruin your sleep for a good week afterwards
