Depends on who wants what and how bad they want them.

For the record, she wasn't my cow. She belonged to the previous owner of my bull. I'm just excited to have his genetics on my herd producing all half brother and sisters to the cow that sold today.

Price of cattle can get downright scary at times, especially in the show cattle industry. $10,000+ show steers are common as hell, especially in Texas and Oklahoma. That's just when they're young, they may never win a damn thing in their lives. Another reason they're high is shows in Texas and Oklahoma usually pay damn well, especially the majors. The Grand Champion steer at the Houston Livestock Show routinely brings $250,000+. The record is $600,001. shite is ridiculous.
