Evolution is a scientific fact.
Evolution is the reason why you have to get a flu shot every year and not just once like other vaccines. The virus changes (evolves) over time.

Not exactly. It's all still the flu. Evolution says we came from a different creature all together. That's more like saying we get an Ebola vaccine because the flu existed a long time ago. Don't get me wrong; I'm not saying evolution doesn't exist, I'm saying your example is awful.
