No one thinks that. But he is competent, compared to what we have. And SFP and all those guys were saying "6th Round pick" and nonsense like that.
Getting a 3rd plus a competent player is a great return.

I take my original comment back. Ellerbe and a 3rd is a great deal for us. Assuming we sign/draft another wideout

Saints tried to trade Stills & Cooks to Seattle for Max Unger, prior to the Graham trade.
To get a Linebacker & a #3 for Stills looks like a good deal. I don't know much about Ellerbe, only remember him at UGA, but he has to be better than what the Saints currently have at that position.
