Well this is the life he lives. Of course he is much more fortunate to be playing a game for a living. But you can't blame the guy for asking for security when this is his career and he is in a team friendly deal. He has performed well above his contract, and even though he is locked in, I get where he is coming from. I mainly disagreed with you because I don't think he is whining in a way most players do

Totally agree with you. I definitely understand his frustration, and have no problem if he wants his agent to bring that concern to Loomis. The problem that I have his displaying his frustration in social media, publicly asking for his contract to be guaranteed or to be traded, and threatening to hold out and become a problem. The whole "My family and I need to know" thing was a little too over dramatic for me. But like I said, I understand where he's coming from, but he could have gone about it a lot better.
