Trying to avoid this surgery. Went bowling with my granddaughters kids the other day and thought my right arm was gonna fall off.

it's time, it's not as bad as some of these girly-men whine about, no more pain and it resets that arm back about 15-20 years, my fastball is almost back up into the nineties
