Posted by TigerHam85 Number of people Incarcerated by race in 2010 (per 100,000 people): White 380 Latino 966 Black 2,207 That statistic along with the fact that blacks make up roughly 14% of the American population tells me that blacks get what they deserve. Mess with the bull, you got the horns baw!! BAW!!!!
What are the crimes?
A poor black man will go to jail for weed bc he can't afford a semi-competent lawyer.
Plus, the legal system needs revamping. A lawyer will sacrifice a client, usually black minor offense with small jail time, to garner favor.
So a poor white man won't go to jail cause he can't afford a lawyer?
And also if they are poor why are they buying weed. Shouldn't they be buying food or saving money to attempt to better their situation? They know it's illegal and are assuming a risk that they may get caught and incarcerated. How is it the fault of the police?

He will.
However, it has been proven that blacks and whites charged with the same crimes get vastly different rulings.
Not always, but usually.

Who are we to tell someone what to do with their money?
And my post had nothing to do with police. I was talking about the courts.
