Or he makes the defenses job easier by controlling the clock with his legs. There is plenty of ways to look at that.

Yes, a shitty offense definitely hurts a defense.

That is definitely true. That was kind of my point. Their defense lets you run a time controlling offense which are less likely to turn the ball over.
Saints were #1 in TOP in 2013.
