Not an attorney, but I don't think the fraternity would have any case. The individuals may, but there might be some details that we are unaware of at this point that could
help clarify the situation.

SAE wants no part of this. They've already washed their hands of the chapter.

I would think the OU president and powers that be would have already run the expulsion of the students by a legal team...doesn't mean they won't sue but I would guess OU had every right to expel them.

Was the videographer expelled?
