Yeah but what you don't have is a few dozen "talent scouts" on the payroll.
Or a marketing guru putting together everything from mailer pamphlets to campus visit schedules.
Not to mention enough staff to be able to make 50 kids feel pampered at once.

we definitely have someone who does this.
they just don't all get paid.
