Ah ok. We did a juice fast. No food. Only juice and protein powder. Damn it felt great.

Just not practical.

For 6 weeks I was on a diet of green smoothies in the morning, tuna for lunch and meat and veggies for dinner...no drinking...gym 6 days a week...got down 11lbs...went on vacation, haven't worked out in almost 3 weeks now and caught the flu...all that hard work to go back to shite shape
