Do they use the painease spray on you?
That stuff is awesome....they should have that in every setting where you have to draw blood/start ivs.

Mernin all.
I have very difficult veins. I always tell them that I am not trying to tell them how to do their job, but I tell them which arm (and which veins) are best, and suggest a butterfly.
