Congratulations to you. Smoking cigarettes is the dumbest thing that I do, but I cannot quit.

I wish I had calculated all the money I saved in the past 19 years by not drinking alcohol. I told all of my friends to dump their Dewars White Label stock a couple of weeks before I quit.

Chantix worked great for me. I've got 3 co workers that all quit this year using the vapor e cigs. They got the nicer setups and 2 don't do anything now while the other still vapes. They said vaping is way cheaper than smoking and a whole lot easier to quit once you get over cigarettes. Hell, do chantix and vaping

Thanks for the advice windshieldman.

I did Chantrix a number of years ago and was off cigarettes for about 7 months. But I had some really weird dreams and could never get a good night sleep. My golf buddy gave me a vape thing for my last birthday. I have used it on and off, but strangely I find it more harsh than the Marlboros that I smoke.

I suppose the critical piece that is missing is a true desire to quit. It is the dumbest thing that I do.

After smoking a pack for the last 30 years I starting vaping in January. Have not smoked in 9 weeks but the vaping just isn't the same either. I have never been a heroin addict but it seems like a good parallel would be methadone: Vaping is not as satisfying as smoking but it helps... It minimizes the craving. Hopefully I can get rid of all nicotene within the year.
