I quit in 08 didn't gain any weight luckily every time I'm around someone smoking cigs I damn near gag. I do partake in a good cigar now and again mainly at the camp.

I quit around 3 years ago smoking 2 packs a day. I can smoke a cigar every now and then also but never another cigarette. If I do I'll be right back buying them again. Although I don't have urges for smokes anymore. Just the occasional cigar on morning deer hunts and long arse drives, and fishing
