Don't really care who it is, it just has to be better than last year. As bad as last year was, 10 wins wasn't out of reach.....Bama/ND we gave those wins away

I will not melt over football in March. I will not melt over football in March. I will not...

I wish Brandon Harris would start doing the things Les and Cam ask him to do

We had a want blah blah to get Brandon in , blah blah but the opportunity never manifested on the field of battle blah blah with these fine young men . Blah blah blah . I feel for our wide receivers

Sounds like Jennings is winning.
There is NO competition... AJ WILL be the starter come next season.........

What exactly do they ask of the qbs? Don't frick up handing it off to Fornette?

How do you start someone who can't complete 50% of his passes?
I have no hope for 2015 if Jennings is starting. None.
And zero excitement. He will have to prove it to me on the field, but as long as he is the starter, I have other things to do than to worry about what happens with LSU football unless he just dramatically improves.

I interpreted it as he feels comfortable handing the job to a single QB rather than a dual QB system.
Posted on 3/7/15 at 8:33 pm to Mrtommorrow1987
My thoughts:
1) Miles and Cameron desperately want Harris to step up and win the job. Desperately
2) They are not going to give Harris the job--he will have to drop his nuts and take it.
3) Harris has the much higher ceiling, but--as bad as he was--Jennings probably has the higher floor. And if he can improve just a little bit, we'll be competitive in all our games.
4) Yes, '08 fricked Les relative to QBs. It's why he never trusted Lee again, even 3 years afterward. He shite his pants against Bama in '11 and Les remembered he was a mental midget.
5) Les did not love JJ. On the contrary, I bet he scared him to death. He just scared him a little less than Jarrett Lee did.
6) Contrary to popular(albeit dumb-as-all-frick)"logic", Jennings can get better. To think he's peaked as a true Sophomore is ab-fricking-surd. His ceiling is not high, but it's high enough to be successful. It's certainly as high as the Lee/Jefferson '11 tandem.
7) practice actually fricking matters. I know a lot of you(Maximus) think practice means nothing("practice, we talkin' bout practice?"), but practice is where coaches--and more importantly teammates--realize who they can count on. If I can't count on you in practice, I damn sure can't count on you in games.
8) I want Harris to win the job. We NEED Harris to win the job. But if he doesnt, that is 100% on him. There is no conspiracy to keep him away from the starting Quarterback position if he's deserving. If you think there is, I'm sorry you're that fricking stupid. Prayers sent.
9) We can reach our zenith if Harris's balls drop and he owns the QB position. We could be unreal. But if he doesnt, and Jennings improves like a normal 2nd year- 3rd year progression, we can still win the West, win the SEC, and win the whole goddammit thing. If you don't think so, if you think we'll ever lose less than 5 games with Jennings, then frick YOU! You are a shite fan and I will fight you to prove it lol.

Are they asking him to complete down field passes? If not, then run the wishbone.
Posted on 3/7/15 at 8:45 pm to Mrtommorrow1987
He is softening us up for a decision he has already made. That's our Les.
