I've been sick for three weeks and I'm so over it. F this crazy weather. I never get sick.

ETA: well not today's weather today's is nice. But all the crazy ups and downs are doing a number on my sinuses.

This fricked up weather has brought on one of the worst sinus infections I've ever had.

I find changing/cleaning my air filters in my car and my house helps with this tremendously.

I recommend an arginine based workout supplement for hay fever: NO2 Black, especially if you don't like Claritin, etc.

Here's a link to it on amazon:

You can usually pick it up a little cheaper at some workout supplement outlets online. But I do recommend this brand over other NO2 products; I've tried 2-3 others, and they weren't as effective. And I don't know about MRI NO2 Black Full Cycle. Just the basic one.

Anyway, was using it for working out a few years back and it eliminated my hay fever within a day or two. I buy it every year now-- no hay fever. Have recommended it to 3 or 4 other people who tried it and all of them said it helped. It's just an amino-acid type supplement-- nothing overly chemical-like or drug-like-- the way allergy medicines tend to be.

Usually, 1-2 pills a day does the trick. No need for a full dose intended for weight-lifting (6-8 pills); full dose will probably give you a headache anyway.
