Wrong...BR is too far inland for a storm that weakened rather quick once it hit land. Plus cat 3 winds would NOT have destroyed BR..... and would have been a cat 2 at best by the time it got to BR...


Katrina was a monster storm, but the bulk of DAMAGE in New Orleans was caused more from the levees breaking than anything else,,,,,,,,,,,,

oh so it would have been worse than Gustav...great...

Gustav in BR sucked...I was out of power for almost two weeks.
