For the life of me I will never understood why we reached for Cooks when Matthews was waiting there in the second round. Hindsight is 20/20 in regards to Fuller, but I never did like the idea of taking Cooks with that pick.

Totally agree here. He has serious upside and proved he was a valuable pick by Philly.
Great size, athletic, smart and runs good routes. Just didn't had elite speed and played at Vandy
