Does not appear to be a generic mailer. On the inside flap it has my full name, my ward/precinct, and my voter #.

There is no legal manner for them to have done so, to my knowlege. This mailer has the attention of the SG powers for this reason. We shall see what happens. SG Organizers havent even been able to get validation info from the Registrar. The Petition form itself is public record, but the signed sheets are not AFAIK.
