i just gave up a whole lot of bad shite at once. I have a small gym here at the office that i'm trying to get into the hang of things right now. I actually did dumbell squats yesterday then did a 5k at the track after work. I can barely stand myself up right now so i think i'm not taking it very easy on myself

Commit to it. All in

From my experience people who ease into it, very rapidly ease right back out of it.

Make it something you love to do everyday and your life will change. I promise you.

You do have time
You do have energy
You definitely do have motivation

The weight wont continue to come off at that rate. That is normal the first few weeks. Ive lost 15-17lbs in 2 weeks before. Most of that is water, and once you start back eating junk it will come back rather fast.

Take the advice of the glorious Jimmy Buffett.
