1) Jacksonville: $64,486,130
2) Oakland: $53,997,667
3) NYJ: $48,948,021
Three with the least cap room:
1) New Orleans: ($27,966,581)
2) New England: ($15,828,463)
3) Kansas City: ($12,014,829)
[only other team with negative is Dallas at ($2,197,246) ]
