Do people up north eat snow cream?

Or people from areas that get a good bit of snow every year... or is this just a treat for southerners and others that only get maybe one good snow a year... ?
Also, if you do make it... what's your recipe?
Mine's just vanilla, sugar, milk, and snow.... but I'm sure you could really jazz it up with some condensed milk, half and half, or whipping cream.. but to me the simplicity is what makes it great...

TBH, making anything out of snow/rainwater is not the greatest idea. There's all kinds of bad shite in it.

Doesn't sound like a good idea... but an idea someone from Alabama would think of...

Why eat that when you can get Blue Bell at the store and it's 1000x better?
