$650/month per person for 4 people will get you a pretty nice place. I would definitely go with some place in the East Boyd area. Heck, you could probably get a decent rent house near the lakes for that price.

thanks guys, but for condos or rent houses what's the best way to get your foot in the door? go the realtor route?
