What's so funny? Tons of casinos have a bad beat pot.

And for those mentioning cash on the table, that's a bad idea. No cash out in view. Chips only.

Bad bleat jackpots are a good way to turn a legal game into an illegal game fast. Cash game rules state you can leave at any time but you can't "go south" or take money off the table.

Blinds should not go up unless the game is too small. That is what makes cash games differ from tournament poker. Also blinds are not paid by cash players who stand up or miss hands. Unless they miss a blind, then they must pay it before receiving a new hand.

They also have hundreds of people playing 24/7/365 and it may hit every few months.
