An early article did say they could be open as early as March. It's March.
From their website:
"Table Kitchen and Bar is opening in Southdown’s Village Shopping Center in the space formerly occupied by Portico. Table Kitchen and Bar will feature a daily fresh scratch made farm to table culinary approach with a focus on traditional offerings such as chicken, pork, fish and steak and featured selections of game and Charcuterie . Table will also offer an eclectic wine list, craft brews, and hand-crafted cocktails inside of an upscale yet uniquely fun ambiance."
