re: What's the point of looking for suicide notes?

I don't have depression and I've never been remotely close to suicidal or anything... but when I get really pissed-off, sad, etc.... sometimes it helps to write my thoughts down on paper.

I think it helps me to organize my thoughts and come up with a plan to overcome my problems when I'm not thinking totally rationally.
